Clear Your Cache
Quick steps to refresh your browser on any device.
Smartphones
iPhone (Safari)
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Safari.
- Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.
Android (Chrome)
- Open the Chrome app.
- Tap the three dots (More) in the top-right corner.
- Tap History, then Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range (select “All time” to clear everything).
- Check “Cached images and files” and tap Clear data.
Desktops & Laptops
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac).
- Select “All time” for the time range.
- Check “Cached images and files” and click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to “Cookies and Site Data” and click Clear Data….
- Check “Cached Web Content” and click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under “Clear browsing data”, click Choose what to clear.
- Select “All time” and check “Cached images and files”.
- Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)
- Click Safari in the top menu bar.
- Go to Preferences > Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data….
- Click Remove All, then Remove Now in the pop-up.
Other Devices
Chromebook
- Open the Chrome browser.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Select “All time” for the time range.
- Check “Cached images and files” and click Clear data.
